If you still have problems with this, find the pokemon/pokemons in your team that gives you this bug. For me it was Diancie so I had to remove it from the team and everything was solved.

It gets stuck at Retrieving server info. I was able to install the game, I can open it but when it comes to Retrieving server info, the download bar does not load up. Its empty all the time as if the game froze. Anyone knows what's going on?

Yep, I feel you. I do think as well that I got banned since I've been stuck at the start title and I can't even access the menu from that screen. Quite sad
